Christine Cummings, Director of A Place Called Hope Raptor Rehabilitation and Rescue in Killingworth, CT, will provide instruction to better prepare ACOs for the most
common field calls involving dangerous birds. Read more about Christine

3:00P WILD BIRD FIELD RESCUE (2): A Place Called Hope
rescuers will utilize video & photo demonstrations for the proper restraint and
containment of wild birds, and will discuss building an appropriate Rescue Gear Kit. Live birds will make an appearance, though hands-on training is not possible. Read more about A Place Called Hope.
